I want to thank you ever so much for the information below. We were able to change the lock for my friend, with a replacement from BricoDepot easily with your guidance. Without going into detail, she is having problems with her family who have taken a key to her house, and she was potentially at risk of being locked out of her own home. She is on her own and has recently lost a source of income so money is tight for her, so she was absolutely delighted to be able to avoid having to call someone out.

At the same time, our front door that you fitted has been in for almost a year, and still looks as pristine as day one. It works as well as ever, and we have had no problem with the handles or locks.
